My radio on my 2018 Nissan Rogue quit working I took the car in for the radio to be fixed. They had to wait on a new radio to be delivered so my car stayed in the shop for 2 days. I was kind of I took the car in for the radio to be fixed. They had to wait on a new radio to be delivered so my car stayed in the shop for 2 days. I was kind of upset that I wasn't offered a loaner car but I was able to get transportation for those two days. They kept me informed on the process and how long it would take. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. They ended up replacing the whole radio which I was happy about because I was worried I would continue having problems with it after reading some of the reviews on line. More
