Poor Customer Service Been trying for Six weeks to get them to send me some additional info about some things they had done on the truck I purchased but no response. I paid over $35,000 and they would only put $20 gas in it for me to drive back home 2.5 hours. The truck is awesome, customer service stinks! They were helpful at first to get me to drive all the way there but now after the purchase, nothing. I was asking for simple stuff like who put the leveling kit and lift on and what size was it. Now its like they are trying to hide something because the salesman and "internet specialist" wont get back with me. They were both blowing me up, texting and calling, trying to get me to come buy the truck. BEWARE! Not to mention tried telling me their fee wasn't much and ended up being $3000 when other dealerships I looked at were $700-$800. More

The guy re-finagled numbers multiple times and tried to convince us of the “deal” he was making. Numbers went away but showed up in different fees that weren’t there the first time. When questioned ummmm ummmm it’s “air quote” this fee or that fee. Lots of fees unexplainable and make one stutter. This single mom and teacher with two jobs would walk through xxxx before I’d buy from this swindling dealership. More

Satisfied Customer Went in prepared to purchase a new Rogue, but was also ready to walk away if needed. I felt like they valued my time and the deal went rather quick. Billed for work which wasn’t done I brought my car in for an advertised battery special. I decided to have my oil changed and an alignment done (my car pulls to the right) while I was I brought my car in for an advertised battery special. I decided to have my oil changed and an alignment done (my car pulls to the right) while I was there. My car was dropped off at 5pm and ready for pick up at 6:23pm. I was given a print out listing the work done along with several pages of recommended services based on their inspection of the vehicle. I took my car to a different mechanic for the $800+ of work suggested and had it all done for under $250 total. I noticed that my car was still pulling to the right and asked my 2nd mechanic about it. He asked to see the print out showing the corrections made during the alignment. There was not one provided. He visually checked the adjustment points and stated it was obvious they hadn’t been touched. I called to schedule an appointment to return and have the alignment I had already paid for completed. When I arrived, the service advisor, Grace Ellington, said she watched them do the work. I asked why I didn’t get a print out detailing the alignment results and she said the cashier must have kept it. I asked to see it now and they could not produce one. I was told my car would be the next vehicle serviced and the alignment would be done. I left and returned 2 hours later. When I returned and Grace saw me entering the building, she ran into the service bay. I looked at the cars being serviced and my car was not being worked on. They had not done anything at all! Grace remained in the service bay talking to a technician (no, he wasn’t working on my car) and clearly wasn’t returning to the customer area. At this point I asked to see the service manager. One of the other service advisors stated that he was looking for him too and couldn’t find him. After several more minutes, Juan Galvez arrived and I began to tell him what had occurred. His response was “How did that happen?” I responded that finding out why customers are billed for services that are not actually performed would be his responsibility. When I asked him for the print out showing the alignment had been performed on the original visit, one could not be provided. However, I was offered one for this 2nd visit...one where they are acknowledging that they still haven’t done the work. This made absolutely no sense! I asked for my car to be returned and for a refund for the service that was never performed. I have since read several reviews indicating this is not an isolated incident at this location. I have zero confidence or trust in this service department. Bottom line...stay away from Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia! More
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered 2 year old $40,000 maxima with seats that have paint coming off of them , windshield with thousands of tiny dots from corner to corner , horribly loud 2 year old $40,000 maxima with seats that have paint coming off of them , windshield with thousands of tiny dots from corner to corner , horribly loud brakes for the 2 years I’ve had the vehicle (purchased from Sutherland ). I’ve had the vehicle into the shop at Sutherland 4 times to no avail. My next step if these issues are not resolved immediately (oh I’ve been patient ) is social media as well as Yelp and other review apps as well as Nissan forums. I will post pictures as well. More
