Great customer service and waiting areas Thanks to Will and the Service Manager for taking care of me this past Saturday. I came in for 4 new tires and an oil change. They did not have the Thanks to Will and the Service Manager for taking care of me this past Saturday. I came in for 4 new tires and an oil change. They did not have the tires I previously requested, however they accommodated me by giving me better tires at the same value. Will also kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle. I appreciate you making these concessions and making me feel like a valued client. More

Buying a used vehicle. We bought a used truck from Sutherland Nissan and the advertised was not the real price. There was $1000+ added for dealer costs that also covered a warranty. When I picked up my truck, the warranty paperwork was not given to me. I had to call repeatedly to get the paperwork needed to register the vehicle for the warranty. I have now had the truck for a couple of months and anticipate needing the warranty. Called dealership for details of how to use warranty and manager refused to talk to me. No one from service was available. Not helpful and at all and I feel like the warranty is scam. Will not use dealership again and will share my dissatisfaction with any one who will listen. More
