Even though I thought the price was a little expensive $1300 and I probably could have gone somewhere else and I would’ve installed this At half the price. I don’t think I can recommend going back there because of the price. I should’ve checked around with all of the mechanics in my area to get a price. On Monday I’m gonna call three different places to see what their estimates would be to have this done again.I have the part and the belt and you can look these things up on Amazon and see the price. It’s the labor. Even though I’m sitting in the waiting room I noticed sales people coming in and trying to get people to trade there car in. I was approached and called. More

Nearly failed to redeem themselves This review is a two parter written about a week apart: My husband and I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle a week ago from Sutherlin. Vinny w This review is a two parter written about a week apart: My husband and I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle a week ago from Sutherlin. Vinny was our car dealer, and he and his associates were flat out dishonest regarding 2 very similar Pathfinders on their lot. We came in with a strict budget and knew exactly the vehicle we desired. They only had 2 on the lot: the first 4WD with a bit over 34,000 miles and a 2WD with only 6,000 miles on it. Because they do not advertise the price of the vehicles on the lot like a Carvana or Carmax, Vinny told us that the two vehicles were two far apart in price. He made us believe that the 4WD was in our range and the 2WD was not because it had lesser mileage. Plausible, right? So we believed him. Hindsight, we imagine they just didn’t care to have a 4WD on their lot in this climate. There’s truly no need, nor did we need the 4WD. As we did some digging post sale, we found that they were listing the 2WD for the SAME PRICE as the 4WD!!!! Shame on us for not investigating during the sale, but we made the mistake of trusting our dealer that he would have our best interest in mind as we toured the vehicles with our three young children. As if car buying isn’t stressful enough. Now, it’s been a week later and we have desired to speak with them about this issue but they refuse to return our calls. What kind of dealership doesn’t return the calls of customers if they truly have nothing to hide? We believe they are deliberately avoiding us, hoping that we will grow weary of pursuing this issue. They couldn’t be more wrong! We are very dissatisfied with their lack of customer service and interest in their customers needs. Why don’t companies realize that if they truly cared for their customers that by helping to meet their needs they would naturally gain more clients and business through word of mouth? Instead, they opt to dishonestly sell their inventory and essentially cheat and victimize their customers who believe they will honestly help them and their families. Shame on us for being a victim. We should have known better. But shame on them for misleading a young family and getting a lesser vehicle. We are discouraged that we could have bought the same vehicle with lesser mileage for the same price had they not been dishonest. .... It’s been 9 days and we finally got in touch with someone helpful named Arlene. She was the gateway that allowed us the opportunity to discuss the disservice given as mentioned above. Long story short, both we and the dealership had to meet in the middle but we were able to walk away with the car we desired in the end. The dealership ultimately redeemed themselves but we feel it was a situation that was avoidable to begin with. My advice is to be vigilant and to do your research before going in. Know the prices, assert yourself to make sure you know what you are buying as well as what you could otherwise be buying. More

Nothing but Lies We were looking at two vehicles, a 2018 Pathfinder 2WD with 6,400 miles and a 2018 Pathfinder 4WD with 35,000 miles. Vinh Tran was our salesman and he told us that the one with 6,400 miles was out of our price range ( I told him what our price range was). The day after the sale I was curious and went online to see what the one with 6,400 miles was listed for and it was the same starting price as the one we purchased. After calling for multiple days I still haven't heard back from a manager. They do not take care of their customers, especially if there is an issue. More
