Lies I was looking at two 2018 Pathfinders LXs. One was FWD with 6,400 miles and the other was 4WD with 34,500 miles. We were looking at a specific monthly I was looking at two 2018 Pathfinders LXs. One was FWD with 6,400 miles and the other was 4WD with 34,500 miles. We were looking at a specific monthly cost for our budget, and we told the salesman (Vinny Tran) that we were wanting mainly low mileage, but give me the costs of both Nissans. When he came back he said that the Pathfinder with 6,400 miles was out of our price range. So we proceeded out with the Pathfinder with the 4WD. The starting price of the one we got was $29,000 and change. A day later, just because I was curious, I look on they’re website and find the Pathfinder with a price of $29,000 and change. The exact same price of the Pathfinder we purchased. Vinny Tran deliberately lied to us by giving us false information on the vehicle that we really wanted. They wanted to sell the vehicle they wanted to sell. Sutherlin Nissan and their salesman Vinny Tran are dishonest and don’t care about the customer. I get that the dealership has sales goals and people have to make money, but their ethics is horrible. I will be telling all of my friends in this area to avoid Sutherlin Nissan for anything. Do not go to Sutherin Nissan, and if you go, avoid their salesman Vinny Tran. More
Did they really do the work? I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not rotate the tires and the wiper fluid was bone dry. I do not have confidence the oil was actually changed and the recall was fixed properly. No one called to tell me the car was ready just an email and text that a bunch of other services were needed. Last two times for tire rotation Inhad flat tires immediately after service. They had to replace one of the spot. I bought the service package but treat me like I am getting something free. More
