Excellent Service Despite Rude Employee I have had two major services performed on my car in the past 3 months at Sutherlin Nissan. Both times, the Service Department employees have gone abo I have had two major services performed on my car in the past 3 months at Sutherlin Nissan. Both times, the Service Department employees have gone above and beyond in working with me to provide me a level of assurance in recommending the propet services for my car. My biggest complaint has been dealing with the checkout person, Deanna. . She has been extremely rude to me on both occasions. I asked her a simple question about the content of the paperwork she presented for my signature. I wanted to take a minute to review the sales and service invoice and she acted like I was being unreasonable. She became very impatient and acted as though I was putting her out. There was nobody behind me in line, so I wasn’t holding anyone up, but she thought I was crazy for wanting to review a nearly $900 bill. More
