Cost of Repairs/Parts I was shell shocked by the price of the parts and labor that Sutherlin charges. When I asked the mechanic (Wayne) about the price to replace a rear mu I was shell shocked by the price of the parts and labor that Sutherlin charges. When I asked the mechanic (Wayne) about the price to replace a rear mudflap, to the cost of $200 his reason was and I quote, " Mr Sutherlin needs to get paid along with himself and all the employees that work there. I did not inquire about what labor costs per hour. The last time i was there it was $110.00/hour if it has gone higher than that. I would not recommend your services. Therefore I made the decision not have any work done on my vehicle. More

Brooks is the BEST I have tried MANY service stations around Suwanee since we moved here 7 years ago. Sale lost to Discount Tires I brought my car in to have a vibration checked, thinking I needed an alignment. We had just returned from a trip to Florida. During that time we no I brought my car in to have a vibration checked, thinking I needed an alignment. We had just returned from a trip to Florida. During that time we noticed this vibration which got much worse at high speeds. It was discovered that a large piece if rubber was missing from the center if the left rear tire. I told Grace I wanted to replace all 4 tires with Continental Pure Contact which you did not have in stock. Grace said it would take 4-5 days to get them in. She suggested some other brands, which I did not want. I made the comment that I was not comfortable driving the car with a damaged tire. With that I went across the street to Discount Tires. They ordered the tires directly from Continental and had them delivered the next day . Plus, they put a tire on my car while I was there so I wouldn't half to worry about my safety. That is good customer service and Suthetlin lost a sale that day! Sutherlin could easily have done the same thing while I waited for the new tires to come in. More
