Car broke down in less than 24 hours I got a used car from them and in less than 24 hour it had broke down. They charged a 1200+ pre inspection fee that obviously wasn't done. No one was has been helpful, a manager hasn't contacted me, they said they didn't have access to a loaner car or even offer to get me home after the car was towed. We received a new loaner vehicle to use during the time my Quest was being repaired. The repair took less than expected and cost was even reduced from what we were told it would cost due to a rebate on a part. We were most grateful for the Nissan family taking care of 60% of the total repair cost. We have been a Nissan family since the mid 1980’s when Stuart Spradley became my service representative. He was so helpful we followed him to every Nissan dealership. This is not the first time Nissan has been good to us. From my experience Nissan selects quality employees. Not honoring their website or sticker in the window Ram i is a honest man and a good salesman. The sticker in the window states that it had the cargo package and we asked Bill to honor that. He said that it was not part of the package as it was listed on CarGurus. I looked at their website and sticker from the window and both state cargo package was included with the car. I called back and Bill would not answer the phone. Ramzi tried to help and said he would talk to Bill but have yet to hear anything back.
