Completely Awesome I started the process over that phone with Shane who was very helpful knowing how long the car buying experience could be. When I arrived I thought I I started the process over that phone with Shane who was very helpful knowing how long the car buying experience could be. When I arrived I thought I would have to start the process all over or that it would be something completely different told to me when I start the actual deal. This was not the case. Nesrin was waiting with keys to the car and paperwork on her desk for me. It took no time to complete and before I knew it, they were pulling my 2019 Altima out of the showroom. 2 hours tops I think, and I was out. That is 2 hours sooner than my previous experience somewhere else before so, I will take it!! She was soooo nice and friendly and from start to finish, guaranteed everything would be taken care of while I was there and it was. I had never had a sales rep come out to the car after the sale and explain features and how certain functions worked but Nesrin did. She sat in and took her time which has really helped me from having to drive home and sit in my driveway to figure out. This was some AMAZING customer service she displayed. I completely understand and see why she has been the sales employee of the month for the last 3 months. She deserve all of those plaques and I am sure she will continue to be chosen for that for months to come!! Make sure to ask for her if you are seeking a rep who is patient, helpful, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and you driving away in a new ride! She can and will be the one to make it happen! More
Okay Customer Service / Questionable Mechanical Repair I was in this area for a family gathering and was heading back to Virginia. I brought my new, used Rogue SL (owned it for 1 week) in to have the moon I was in this area for a family gathering and was heading back to Virginia. I brought my new, used Rogue SL (owned it for 1 week) in to have the moon roof drain lines cleaned out because it was leaking inside my car. When I called that morning, I was told that I did not need an appt but I could bring my car in and wait for it, that this would only take one hour. Approximately 1 hour later, I arrived and was told I needed an appt. After I expressed my disappointment and frustrations, Wil spoke up and said that he would help me out. He took my information, I left my car for what was supposed to be a 1 hour repair and my family dropped me off at the mall. Wil called me 2 hours later to tell me my drain lines were so clogged that it would take 2 hours of labor to clean them out and he would call me when it was finished and he could also send a shuttle for me. I did not hear from Wil but did receive a call from the shuttle driver around 4:15pm and was taken back to the dealership. So, my car was at the dealership for over 6 hours for a drain line repair. Since this took so long, I had to stay another night in a hotel because I could only drive so far. If I had been told, correctly during my initial phone call that I needed an appt, I would have brought my car in immediately and would have been back on the road back home much sooner and would have been able to save the hotel expense. It's been 1 week now, after the repair and I've noticed dirty fingerprints and marks on the lining of my interior roof around the moon roof controls and my car's floor boards are wet again! Not too happy! More
