Unhappy with service did not do express inspection I am a senior citizen 88 years old and live alone. I have no one to check my car. I bring it in for service annually. It has very low mileage less than 13,000 miles and 4 years old. I purchased a security plus extended warranty protection plan when I bought the car. It is still under warranty. I depend on Sutherlin service to do complete inspection when I bring it in for service. They have always performed the express inspection, but did not on this visit. Brooks Rezmer has always been the person in charge of making sure my car was taken care of. When I brought my car in, I asked Brooks to make sure they checked my coolant. To my knowledge, I don't know if it has ever had any coolant added. After leaving the Dealership, the next day, I noticed they did not do the express inspection. I have called several time since and unable to talk to Brooks. I'm not happy this inspection was not done and my coolant was not checked. It needs to be done! More

Maintainance ,oil change Everything was good ,only disappointed that my package I bought wit vehicle only covers oil changes ,had to pay separate for all the cabin filters etc Everything was good ,only disappointed that my package I bought wit vehicle only covers oil changes ,had to pay separate for all the cabin filters etc and this package is tied into my monthly payments ,would not of bought it if I knew ,the salesman talked me into how good it was it’s kind of a ripoff will not purchase again in future if I buy a Nissan . Beware of salesmen Sherry was nice though not her fault ,also I bought 2 cars in August the Nissan and.a Nissan Sentra the Nissan S the salesman Ramsi Himshameh promised to get me a second set of keys cause when I bought it I only got one , he never even bothered to get back to me I guess he already got his sale ,now if my other key isn’t working ,I have no other recourse . Recall notification Initial visit was to address recall notice. Also asked to have a tire looked at for possible nail. Told the nail hole was not able to be patched and w Initial visit was to address recall notice. Also asked to have a tire looked at for possible nail. Told the nail hole was not able to be patched and we needed to buy a new tire. My wife was not shown the tire and therefore put in a position of buying a new tire or risk a hazard on the road. After buying the tire, was told we also needed an alignment. Interesting that a car with 24K miles needs an alignment. What the dealer did not know is that I just got an alignment three weeks previous. So the only conclusion is that the technician was selling a service that was not needed as I am quite sure he did not take the time to put the car on the alignment machine. To top it off, the entire experience was over 3 1/2 hours. Then upon checkout, the Nissan associate was asked what the recall results were. It was not documented on the invoice and again had to wait on someone to track down the results. Great way to spend a Friday!!! More
Had great service from Sherry. Received excellent service from my service advisor Sherry. Was disappointed that normal mechanic was not available to perform service.
