Great front of house personnel I was given a quick appointment time (half an hour from booking) and sat in the lobby next to a gentleman whose car had been diagnosed at another Niss I was given a quick appointment time (half an hour from booking) and sat in the lobby next to a gentleman whose car had been diagnosed at another Nissan dealership. Suspicious, since he had never had the upsell at this location since the purchase in 2011, he brought it here. It did need the repairs but his experience said a lot. I was able to get my oil change taken care of exactly in the time frame promised. They gave me the complementary wash and vacuum as well. My only complaint would be in that department. The detailer did not lift the mats. While it was an extra service, it was still disappointing to have it not done properly. More
