Awesome sales department Nissan refuses to help customer get I bought a vehicle a week and a half ago from Danny and service manager Mr. Kim. They rushed me around in the rain to find a vehicle to get me approv I bought a vehicle a week and a half ago from Danny and service manager Mr. Kim. They rushed me around in the rain to find a vehicle to get me approved in my credit is not good so I was happy that they were just helping me. But I explain to them I need a truck or SUV for part of my work job. I told them I needed to be able to tow a trailer and small equipment. They found me what I thought was a V6 Chevy equinox. Space but I later found out it was a force cylinder. Also they told me Mr. Kim that the bank required more than $1500 down and if they were covering the other 2000 that the bank wanted down and I mentioned so you’re just going to roll it into my finances because I did not want that to happen and I was assured that would not happen. But after talking to the finance company I found that’s exactly what he did I went to Nissan because they helped me and my wife in the past I did not go to like buy here pay here place because I knew I would be screwed. I did not know Nissan would be screwing me over as well. Grant you the vehicle is a nice vehicle but it does not suit my purpose I’ve only put 20 miles on it since I have had it. I called Mr. Kim to see if I could bring it back and get a V-6 or V-8 truck or the SUV to handle my hollowing situation so I don’t mess up the transformation. His response was I can’t do anything to help you. I have sent several emails back to him with no response I have contacted customer service online and left two different complaints still have not heard anything. I understand I will have to pay a higher rate because of my credit but 10% interest per day sucks especially when I am not getting the vehicle that I need. I do not know what else to do about this I know they Can’t help me if they chose to. Even the finance company said I should go back to them and have them switch vehicles. But getting no response is not except a bowl. I totally feel like I was taking a vantage of when I was there it was raining the salesman talk nothing more than about his son and his son and how he made so much money I could not get a question in edgewise. And in fairness to the salesman Vinie Tron I have not spoken to him about this because I know there’s nothing that he can do about it but the service manager Mr. Kim he can do something about it. When I should have my key five that have been chewed on by a dog, he kindly replace the exterior with a new one so that it looked brand new. And replace the battery. I was thoroughly impressed with the speed and efficiency with which this department runs. From the vine side to the service side, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dealership. I don’t want to leave out Brooks, he made sure everything was set and ready to go when I came in for my service appointment. More
