Great Service, Just not at Lunch time My visit was good minus the fact that my car was done and I waited about 10 min (after I saw it rolled out of the bay). I walked to the front thinking they were just swamped....nope, only one advisor on the phone, and someone just there taking a break. My vehicle was ready, but no alerted the advisors, the paperwork was at a desk( spot) no one was sitting at. After it was all handled, I just know not to make an appointment around Lunch time again...no continuity. More

Unnecessary services recommended I recently took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Not 15 minutes after I dropped my car off I received a text recommending several addit I recently took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Not 15 minutes after I dropped my car off I received a text recommending several additional services, including an alignment, brake fluid change, transmission fluid change, etc. I recently put new tires on the car and had it aligned and the brake fluid changed as part of a brake job, so I know for a fact that these services are NOT necessary. I mentioned this to the service dept tech and his response was that the recommendation was based on mileage alone. So essentially you are trying to sell me services without actually inspecting the item that is involved. What if I was someone that didn't know any better and just blindly accepted recommendations and spent tons of money for something that is not necessary. This totally undermines my confidence and trust in the service department. More
