SECOND CHANCES I went into this dealership after doing my homework on who provided the best opportunity for me to re-establish my credit after a 3 year old repo. Mr. Kim worked diligently in securing me the best possible loan before i even walked in. The longest part of the process was waiting for my new car to be detailed. My interest rate was quite high, but i understood that based on my circumstances; however, Mr. Kim called me the next afternoon to let me know he found a different bank that gave me a much better rate, & that decreased my monthly note by $100! The only "gripe" I have about the entire process is regarding the hidden fees. The car advertised online at $12,700, but it ended up costing me a little over $17,000. I made my disappointment quite clear, & almost walked away from the deal, but he talked with me about refinancing with my credit union after a few months, & that i could come back to THEIR location after 12 months & trade up, which i will definitely be doing. Nesrin in sales was an absolute gem to work with. More
