We can’t even trade this vehicle in anywhere because nobody will buy it. It’s so sad that a dealership this size refuses to make this right. The vehcile is unsafe for our family and all they have to say is “find a lawyer.” I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone, ESPECIALLY if you’re interested in a used vehicle because they will lie to you and are just out for your money. More

I got suckered If you like pushy people this is the place to go. I went there with 2 cars in mind to look at and ended up only looking at 1. The salesman kept telling me no you don’t want that car. Eventually I gave in because well I got sucked into the car dealership because of my trade in. Yes that was purely my fault for agreeing to the car. I overpaid and did not get my USAA quoted rate which I completely forgot about until I signed, that would of saved me 2,000 before taxes. After getting the car I noticed burn marks where the salesman was siting, therefore I overlooked it. Wish I wasn’t in a hurry to get a new car. I would not recommend this place. More

Good prices but it takes too long from start to finish. I am happy with the car I ended up with but my first choice was sold out for under me while I was working with the finance person. You expect dealer service centers to price gouge and accept it when you take a vehicle there, but you expect good service. Service rep told us it would be ready the next day because the part was at the warehouse. We didn't find out until the next day that, even though the inventory showed the part at the warehouse, it wasn't actually at the warehouse and it would be another day before we got our vehicle serviced. Anyone who has ever worked in sales knows that if inventory lists only "1" of any item, you have to call to make sure it's actually there/available/the right part, etc. Our sales rep obviously didn't causing us extreme difficulty getting the kids to school and ourselves to work for 2 days. I called to complain and was treated very rudely by the service rep. I'm 44 years old and I've only been treated that poorly on a couple of other occasions in my life - not just automotive, but all customer service fields. I would do less than 1 star if I could. More
