Went in for scheduled maintenance and received a new tirew I’m very grateful for the excellent service received. I came in for scheduled maintenance and tire inspection and rotation. I was told by Sherry my ti I’m very grateful for the excellent service received. I came in for scheduled maintenance and tire inspection and rotation. I was told by Sherry my tire was plugged and would need a new tire because of its placement. She went to the service manager after I explained that I bought my car in April and never plugged the tire but was experiencing tire pressure issues since May. Lately it has been getting worse. After explaining my experience and frustrations with the service manager he said he would take care of it. The customer service is exceptional here. I left a happy customer. More
DIssatisfied with hidden costs I mentioned that the tires on the car they were selling me looked old and needed to be replaced and that one tire was very low, they filled up the tir I mentioned that the tires on the car they were selling me looked old and needed to be replaced and that one tire was very low, they filled up the tire with air. before I left I noticed it was missing the tire stem cap, they drove it back to the shop and on the same tire that was low put a cap on it. 2 days later I found a screw in that tire. They couldn't have seen that after working on that tire twice? When we sat down to do the paper work they hit me with $4000.00 extra in hidden fees, not including taxes, but did include a $1200 used car inspection fee, that is absolutely worthless, it could not even be properly explained to me what the fee was for. If I had not been in a situation where I HAD to buy a car that day, I would not have bought that one, I was excited about the car but feel pushed into the finances. the entire process took almost 6 hours. Never. Going. There. Again. More
