WORST DEALERSHIP EVER !! Resrin and a manager just push customer to purchase a car pretending they will take care of all issues with my current car which i was leasing and !! Seems to have been an off day? Perhaps it was an off day for the crew there, but the attitude, customer service and results of my last visit was not the best this time around. Gil seemed irritated that I had an issue with the results of my visit and even though he smiled the whole time it was not sincere. What seems to be happening? Service Tech turnover time or something? Everyone on edge? I come a VERY long way to do business with Sutherlin, Conyers Ga. to be exact and for the distance I travel, I expect the exemplary service I have become accustomed to. Otherwise there are LOTS of closer dealerships I can go to and suggest my friends to buy from. I'll be dealing with Miss Sherry from now on. She seems to be always positive and always helpful. I see Oliver is gone and Stewart has also left as of this past Friday unfortunately. Hopefully this next service visit will be better. More

My complaint has to do with the manner in which I was attended to by the staff. Upon entering the service department, I was initially ignored by available staff even though I stood exactly where Customers requiring service should. Perhaps there was something about my person, shape, size, Color..., that belied my purpose for standing there in front of the service counter. Anyhow, I was eventually tended to and my vehicle was serviced as I requested. In these days of excellent customer service, with greetings of welcome as you enter a place of business, followed by requests to complete online reviews, common courtesy is expected. In it's absence, bad reviews and the consequences of same result. Have a great day. More
