Car buying experience It was a moderately fair experience. It took awhile before I was presented a almost fair price for my trade in and purchasing price . Between myself and my family members a total of five I have been getting oil changes / tire rotations with Sutherlin since my purchase of a 2011 Juke. Between myself and my family members a total of five vehicles have been purchased and serviced at Sutherlin. On 8/23/18 (7:30 am) I had an oil change / tire rotation and as usual was extremely satisfied with the service department. However, my Son dropped off our Versa on 8/23/18 (8:30am) for a Recall Campaign. We were told that we would be contacted by phone when it was ready. At 1:20 assumed that if it was not ready that it should be almost ready. So, I dropped my Son off. 30 minutes later he calls me and he said that he was told that it was a 3-4 hour job. I went back to pick him up and again was told that they would call us when it was ready. At 6:30 we HAD to call them. More

When we told her we were looking for a Versa or a Sentra and gave her the budget number she showed us a "manager's Special". It was a 2017 Versa S, red, with only 1100 miles, They had been using it as a loner. I fell in love with the car as soon as I saw it, and even more after I drove it. I have never owned a vehicle myself outright, so this was my first experience purchasing a car, and it was a great one. So, thank you Nesrin and thank you Ryan in the Finance Department. More

They also have a shuttle to take to the mall and drop you off to shop while you car is being serviced. I have always been satisfied with all my visits here. More
