Met all our expectations and more!!!!!! After weeks of reviewing and researching the exact car for our needs, the found the perfect match on Sutherlin Nissan @ Georgia Mall website. We asked After weeks of reviewing and researching the exact car for our needs, the found the perfect match on Sutherlin Nissan @ Georgia Mall website. We asked for information through the internet. Luckily for us, Bill Retzke replied and provided us with thorough information about every aspect of the car and set up a convenient time for us to come in for a test drive. We drove 110 miles to get to the dealership and Bill had everything set up for us when we arrived. Although the color we truly wanted was not available they did have our second choice which works just fine. We chose the Rogue SL AWD with both the Premium and Platinum packages and traded in a Pathfinder SL 4WD. We were very pleased with the Pathfinder for 5 years but it was just time to downsize. We could not be happier with the transaction and we was in and out of the dealership in less than 4 hours. Bill Retzke is to be commended for his professionalism and courteous demeanor. This is the seventh Nissan I have purchased and I will certainly return in the future. More

Bad experience with this company. He told me that this car was involved in accident and he showed me the location that proof that. I brought back the car the following day to the dealership. They told me they will not return this car. I should take another one but they don’t want to consider all expenses (dealers service, registration fee, used car inspections, tag fee) in total price I spent for . Don’t waste your money and time by going there. It’s not a good place for doing business . They don’t put full fuel to the car and you have to buy gas by yourself. The car I got the fuel was under 1/4. More
