Typical used car experience Phillip, the salesman I dealt with was nice and friendly. He seemed very willing to go out of his way to help us. The sales manager, Billy ended up involved as I was there to buy 2 cars (both in the $15,000 range). I also let them know I would be buying a third "higher end" car in the near future. They had a reasonable selection of cars for me to check out. The prices were fair, but nothing to write home about. I was kind of surprised by the prices that all things considered. I feel like you'd have to push really hard to get a great deal here. We ended up buying a 2015 Toyota Camry SE and a 2015 Nissan Altima S. Overall, I am pleased with the cars. As far as used car buying experiences, this would be what I would call 'typical.' I have bought dozens of cars over the years and when dealing with a new car dealership like this, the real proof is in the service after the sale. So far, I am sad to say I am not too optimistic there. I found a minor broken door component on my car within 3 days. The part is about $20 retail. So I sent a text to the sales manager, who told me to let him know if I needed anything else. I wanted to see how he would handle it. No reply. I sent an email to him as well. No reply. Needless to say I will just fix it myself. Looks like I will not be back to buy that new car, nor can I recommend this dealership since I can't even get a response on such a minor issue. More

Undisclosed Used Car Inspection Fee I arrived at the dealership through making an appointment to test drive a car that was advertised on Car GURUs and True Car at a specific price and de I arrived at the dealership through making an appointment to test drive a car that was advertised on Car GURUs and True Car at a specific price and dealer fee. When I decided to purchase, a new "Used Car Inspection Fee" in the amount of $1195 appeared and they were unwilling to budge on that fee. AND there was a $600 dealer fee and $245 fee for tag, etc. It appeared based on the popularity of the vehicle that they believed they could have received more for the car than the price I walked in with that should have been guaranteed. SO, they added that "Used Car Inspection Fee". I will say my salesperson and manager were very nice and pleasant to do business. However, these undisclosed fees will make me never go back there. More
