Finance Office is a nightmare The car was appraised and the deal put together timely. The salesman was very helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable about the vehicle after only being there a short time. I then went into the finance office. Kurt was the finance manager and the process was not transparent at all. He first told me the payment would be $669.00 because he had automatically entered GAP and the highest level of warranthy there is. Maybe I didn;t want that? I told him that's not gonna work and to take off the GAP - which I ended up getting for $26.00 per year through my insurance company. he then said well how about $568.00 per month? No mention of the price of the warranty until I looked at the buyers order and it was $2500.00. The finance process was the worst part of the whole experience and needs to be more transparent - not just a payment number each month. My husband told me just to sign and come home rather than conitnue to argue so I did. But I will share this experience with everyone who asks. More
Wonderful experience buying a new car from Vinny Tran! We had been searching and reviewing the Nissan Rogue for about a month or two. We had found a couple of used ones online at the Nissan Sutherlin's we We had been searching and reviewing the Nissan Rogue for about a month or two. We had found a couple of used ones online at the Nissan Sutherlin's website that we were interested in. We drove two hours on a Sunday down to Nisaan Sutherlin and test drove one with a salesperson named Lydale Logan. When we went to get gas in the used rogue the gas tank would not open and he told us something was broke and the mechanic would have to fix it. We were really interested in this rogue and was going out of town the following Friday. Lydale said it would not be on the market for at least a few days because they had to fix it. Since it was closing we left and went home, with plans on returning to purchase when the rogue was fixed. The next day, a woman from the online department sent me an email asking about my interest in the rouge we had test drove. I told her what had happened and she asked me if the salesperson had followed up with us. I replied that he had not and it wasn't long after the email that Lydale called me. When he called me he had told me the white rogue we had test drove sold that morning. My husband was not happy and said he was not going to do business with Nissan Sutherlin so we set out to look at other car dealerships in the area. Two weeks later after looking at used rogues in the area, I seen online they were offering a good deal on new rogues at Nissan Sutherlin. After some discussion, we decided to give them another try but not to do business with Lydale. I am so glad we gave them another try, because we had an excellent salesperson named, Vinny Tran that we bought a brand new Nissan Rogue from. He was wonderful and made the whole car buying process easier and less painful. He stayed with us until the very end which was after closing hours. If you go to Nissan Sutherlin, I would highly recommend using Vinny Tran to help you with purchasing a vehicle. More

Diego and Kurt were very helpful in buying our new vehicle! They were both patient and understanding in what our needs were. However, we also dealt with another sal were very helpful in buying our new vehicle! They were both patient and understanding in what our needs were. However, we also dealt with another sales manager named Alex when Kurt was busy. We almost did not purchase the vehicle because of the attitude that Alex had. We explained what are Max was that we were able to pay per month and in his words, "I need to educate you". This is a very short encounter which caused us to leave the showroom. Alex was very rude and condescending to us. After we left Diego called us back and apologize for Alex's Behavior which causes to go back to the showroom.
