Better experience this time I used to come to this dealership a while ago but I stopped because I felt I was getting ripped off most of the time. I would get brakes and they woul I used to come to this dealership a while ago but I stopped because I felt I was getting ripped off most of the time. I would get brakes and they would still squeak no matter what. Sometimes my warranty would kick in and sometimes it wouldn’t for my oil change. I just wasn’t consistent enough for me. This time I saw a different service provider and his name was Stuart. He seemed pretty honest and helpful and did not try to charge me for things I did not need. He provided me a list of things my car would need and let me know the priority of them. I just got a very honest vibe from him and he was friendly and helpful. I would like to see him every time I need services done for my car. More

Quick and easy in and out process. The service rep. was not friendly in the least. His gum chewing was unprofessional, not only could I see the gum in his mouth he actually rolled it be The service rep. was not friendly in the least. His gum chewing was unprofessional, not only could I see the gum in his mouth he actually rolled it between his teeth and lips several times like a window display. It was rude, even if it was a pretty shade of yellow/orange! There seems to be a repeating theme of unhappy employees at the service check in desk, however the gum chewing was a first. So offensive I wrote his name down knowing a survey would be sent. The young women at the check out counter was extremely friendly and personable, complete opposite of Larry at the check in counter.
