She explains the work to be done and why it is needed. We moved to Buford five years ago and have had a pleasant relationship with them since. At 72,000 miles we still enjoy our 2012 Quest. my experience was fine, I brought the car for maintenance. I was a bit disappointed. I received a letter that the air filter needed to be changed and something to do with the brakes, but Ms Sherry Hosch infor I was a bit disappointed. I received a letter that the air filter needed to be changed and something to do with the brakes, but Ms Sherry Hosch informed me that, that does not need to be done until the car has 30,000. I considered this a waste of my time. However, while there they gave me complimentary car wash. From my previous visits I am satisfied with your customer service and the quality of work. More
