The employee should have noti rotation. The tires were rotated incorrectly (back to front and front to back) which cause an unsafe driving situation. The employee should have noticed it when driving the car around for customer pickup. Furthermore, any maintenance items mark as needing to be addressed were all marked as "critical" when they were not critical in nature. This was egregiously misleading and an overreach to increase sales. Finally, I was informed that Infinity coupons were to longer being accepted and the prices were going up. This hazardous and misleading experience is the exact reasons my wife is afraid to bring her car in for "professional" service. Very disappointed and unlikely to return in the future. More
