Jinetta Brown is one of the most courteous, professional representatives that I have ever met. She definitely goes above and beyond to provide the highest customer service! But more than anything, Ms. Brown listens to the customers and tries to meet all of their expectations. She definitely is a team player by the way she collaborates with her Nissan colleagues(Mr. Kim). I would recommend all customers ask for Jinetta Brown if they are seeking the Best Nissan experience. Her positivity is absolutely captivating! Way to go Nissan!
