Received an email stating I had 41 points which equaled $41 value. When I picked my vehicle up I was told I could only use 25 points. This service dept communicates poorly . This was the best experience I've ever had when buying a new vehicle. Weis Naderi greeted us at the door. Charlie Gilchrist did our test drive with us. Mr. Kim finished up with the financing.
