Brought my vehicle that I purchased as is with zero changes from this dealership. Asked them to check the battery, rotate the tires and provide an oil change. Services that I prepaid for when buying changes from this dealership. Asked them to check the battery, rotate the tires and provide an oil change. Services that I prepaid for when buying the vehicle. They wouldn’t rotate the tires because they stated their was aftermarket tires on the vehicle that I purchased with everything on it at that location and started the battery was good. Returned home to a dead battery. The battery was bad. They never checked it and never rotated the wheels! Terrible service - tried to upswell me on other services and were rude about it. Also called and asked me to trade it in while on location and was rude when I said I didn’t want to trade it in for their low ball offers. More
