I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. Emissions were not done prior to sell. The county in which it was sold and registered requires an emission test. 2nd key keyfob was missing. Not everybody is friendly but the majority is. I took the car for service and it was not washed, the windshield fluid was not replenished, they charged me for tire rotation while other Nissan deal I took the car for service and it was not washed, the windshield fluid was not replenished, they charged me for tire rotation while other Nissan dealers don't. I left my credit card and there was nobody responsible for lost and found. I also had to return to check on oil leak in my car because the plug was left loose. 5 stars to Samantha who diligently handle the oil leak and it was resolved in no time. She also found my credit card. More
I purchased a used Maxima from Sutherlin Nissan, Mall of Georgia. The car was to be painted, and it was.. along with the repair of a couple curbed wheels, which were not fixed. A rear tire had a leak and I specifically asked for it to be looked at. The salesman said,” we checked it out & it’s fine.” But it was 20 lbs low. When I asked someone to look at the tire again, (i doubt anybody checked it to begin with) I was told I’d have to wait 45 mins. Also, the check engine light was on & I was told, they didn’t have anything to clean the sensor with. Really?? I felt like the sale was rushed & afterwards, nobody cared to follow thru with any concerns I had. More
