I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. Emissions were not done prior to sell. The county in which it was sold and registered requires an emission test. 2nd key keyfob was missing. I showed up to the dealership in person. They had a couple of boxes full with envelopes with car keys in them. It was very unorganized. I just gave up. Poor communication. Only good at time of sale. Not everybody is friendly but the majority is. I left my credit card and there was nobody responsible for lost and found. I also had to return to check on oil leak in my car because the plug was left loose. 5 stars to Samantha who diligently handle the oil leak and it was resolved in no time. I purchased a used Maxima from Sutherlin Nissan, Mall of Georgia. The car was to be painted, and it was.. along with the repair of a couple curbed wheels, which were not fixed. A rear tire had a leak and I specifically asked for it to be looked at. The salesman said,” we checked it out & it’s fine.” But it was 20 lbs low. When I asked someone to look at the tire again, (i doubt anybody checked it to begin with) I was told I’d have to wait 45 mins. Also, the check engine light was on & I was told, they didn’t have anything to clean the sensor with. Really?? I felt like the sale was rushed & afterwards, nobody cared to follow thru with any concerns I had. More
