I appreciate Sutherlin's service department, and especially Grace Ellington. I was well informed of all that I needed to do, what I should do and what I should consider. That allowed me to get work especially Grace Ellington. I was well informed of all that I needed to do, what I should do and what I should consider. That allowed me to get work done now and budget for more work down the road. More
I have purchased 6 vehicles at this dealership. Great salespeople, great finance people, and awesome service department, especially Grace Ellington. Great salespeople, great finance people, and awesome service department, especially Grace Ellington. More
They are the worst people to deal with. They make promises they can't keep and then go back on their word a week later. They refuse to honor their word and documents when they owe you ite They make promises they can't keep and then go back on their word a week later. They refuse to honor their word and documents when they owe you items, communication is horrible. They have no clue on how to handle specific situations when it comes to dealing with wills and power of attorney documents. If they have to work hard to get the deal done you just better forget it. They want the deals that they can turn quickly. You are nothing but a deal number to them. More
I had an extremely bad experience with Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia, that went on for three years. The manager I worked with was Billy Mreir. My wife didn't want a SUV without a Navigation system. Bill Mall of Georgia, that went on for three years. The manager I worked with was Billy Mreir. My wife didn't want a SUV without a Navigation system. Billy told us no problem, we can add NAV for $1000. Then installed a third-party system which was not what we were expecting but, I never specified, so I figured we'll live with this one. After 3 installs, it never worked, the original system was put back into the car, and installer kept the defective system. Sutherlin would not refund my money. Sutherlin, this is unethical by all accounts. Billy always said it was not their problem and I'd have to get with the installer. The contract to install the unit was between the dealer and installer. The installer would not work with me and said "We'll only refund Sutherlin", which made sense to me as that's who they had a contract with. This went on for 3 years, with no replies from the General Manger, and basically no help from corporate Nissan. At one point Billy said, I don't want the money to come through my department, so I started thinking this is political. 3 years later Billy left Sutherlin. After that a girl at Sutherlin called the installer, and long story short, I got half my money back. Installer said we took too long to get back with them. Which means all those years Billy was lying to me, when he said I'm working on it. It was always one excuse or another. But he's a good talker and I'm a bit too trusting. Corporate Nissan will only contact the dealer and will not help in this situation. My advice: Stay away from Sutherlin, especially Billy Mreir. After it was all done, someone that worked with Billy said he acts like it's his own money and he does this type stuff to everyone. Billy, lying and treating customers this way is unethical and is not even needed. All you had to do was call the installer and you would have had a happy customer. We're now looking to replace the SUV and even though we liked the car, I can never bring myself to consider a Nissan again. More
