We bought a 2015 Infinity QX80 (with 65,000 miles)in 10/2020 (less than 1 year and half ago). We loved this vehicle and got all the oil changes done at Sutherlin Nissan because we got 2 years of “free” 10/2020 (less than 1 year and half ago). We loved this vehicle and got all the oil changes done at Sutherlin Nissan because we got 2 years of “free” ones. This past week, engine light came on so I pulled back in garage and had it towed to local dealership. (Nissan also but closer for towing) They said BOTH timing chains are stretched and $4000 worth of work is needed. I called Sutherlin and guy said since we didn’t buy the extended warranty, there is nothing they can do. 1 1/2 years into a $35,000 car and no help. We won’t be back here for a vehicle! It’s very disheartening! Also, Infinity will NOT stand by their product and do anything. We have 2 Hondas and a Jeep that have been amazing vehicles… we have kept these and passed down to our kids and not had ANYTHING go wrong. They all have over 200,000 miles. Lesson learned…NO Infinity and NO Sutherlin! More
