Called Grace to see what options we had to find that the truck was almost ready to be delivered anyway. She also took the car to have the tire mended and had it ready while we were out of town like we were waiting in the lobby. Way to go Grace and Southerlin! More

Management is a disgrace. Rude and unprofessional when it comes to handling customer issues. We have a 15 page problem report on this vehicle we bought from them. Rhey showed us one of three codes when selling it to us. We live and they are located in a city that requires emissions yet ours will not. The car won't go over 20 mph even after replacing the throttle harness. The only option they gave was to up sell us to another vehicle for $9000+ more than we paid for the BMW. The Manger refused us a loaner because he didn't like my husband. But this is my vehicle not my husband's. I also had 2 children with me in the snow and ge td me I would just have to drive the BMW which goes 20 mph and is unsafe. Not to mention illegal without emissions. More
