Sadly, my relationship with this Nissan Dealership has come to an end. On February the 11th I ordered four sets of tires and made an appointment for Saturday the 19th. Tire replacement service recomme come to an end. On February the 11th I ordered four sets of tires and made an appointment for Saturday the 19th. Tire replacement service recommended by them. I show up for the appointment on the 19th only to be informed that (depending who you spoke to) the tires were either sold or not ordered. They have another set of tires in stock that the Service Manager told me they are $400 more and he has decided he will not be price matching. So now I made a pointless trip to this dealership and am basically being told: “Pay us an extra $400 for the tires we have in stock or make another appointment and come back.” This is the same dealership that after my visits will e-mail, personally text me, and personally call asking me to please complete the surveys (which I do). It’s a shame. More
