I've called here about a few different cars and every single time I called I asked 2 questions "is it available" and "is there anything wrong with it" and every time it's "yes it's available and there is single time I called I asked 2 questions "is it available" and "is there anything wrong with it" and every time it's "yes it's available and there is nothing wrong with it" and I don't know where jasmine works but she was the first person I called from this dealership and talked to and everything she lied to me. Every time I went to see a car it was already sold or it had transmission problems or something was wrong with it and this wasn't like a once or twice it was like 4or 5 different cars and eventually I found a car that I liked from them and it was a trade in so I wasn't expecting it to be perfect but I also wasn't expecting it to be smoking when I drove less that like 10or 15 minutes home and had to stop at auto one to get my codes read to see what was wrong with it. I'm already highly upset because manny who picked up the phone when I called said and I quote " the car is actually in surprisingly great condition. I have the same one and everything." So I was expecting it to be decent because I already know they salesman stretch the truth but not only did he COMPLETELY lie he called back and claimed he checked on the car and said "hey yea I just wanted to check on the car for you and make sure it's all good and yes the car is in great condition" so after that I went there and it's like 6:30 ish when I arrive and he's there but I guess his shift was over so I was passed to someone else but I wasn't really bothered by it I completely understand wanting to get off on time. BUT... the person who I was handed off to was very shady with his wording and when I would ask questions about something I was signing he would try to explain it but rush over it and xxxxxxxx me. I remember I specifically asked him why he needed me to sign a paper that said like credit application but the word credit was scratched out in pen and wrote some other word and the word "credit" was still legible so I asked him why I need to sign it and told him I was already pre-approved (I already had the check in my hand so I didn't need my credit ran) and he said that it wasn't related to credit at all. (This is my first car and I'm 18 I got pre approved by nfcu so I was ready and up to this point I was talking to him by myself) my mom comes while I'm filing out the "not a credit" paper and she even asked him why I had to fill it out and he told her the same thing that it wasn't for credit. So when he walks back into the financial department he's taking forever so we find the him and the finance guy. they were this 🤏🏽 close to running my credit. I can't blame the financial guy because my salesman didn't tell him that I was already approved. So fast forward like 2 days later I get in my car and it won't start 🤦🏽♀️ so at this point my car was having undisclosed engine(3codes),battery AND Tire issues(traction/servitrak or something like that). So I get it jump start and go start to the dealership and find out that it needs 1200 in repairs and it will take "a few days". Never buy a used or as is or anything other than Brand new car from here if that. And to make matters worse they tried to charge me almost 700 as a destination fee on a trade in and a pre inspection fee when it was never inspected. AND my sales man kept saying things like “ this is really a steal because other people can come in here and spend $10,000 easily” and I only had a quarter tank of gas leaving the lot and my mom asked if if would get washed and they said yes so I brought it back the next day and I sat there for like almost 2 hours just so see that same trash, crumbs, hair, and wipe marks it just smelt like the sprayed something in there im so glad that I took a video of the before and when I told the sales manager AJ he was like “since it’s a used car there’s not much we can do” the i said the did nothing and he didn’t have anything else to say about it.
