This dealership is like no other I have experienced. Fraud underscored!!! I was contacted by Jasmine Thomas in sales regarding my inquiry for a quote. After all, their website claims that providing quotes is standard operating procedure and part of their exceptional customer service. The process started out with a couple of questions back and forth and when getting down to needing some real answers (including the request for a quote) all communications ceased. Completely ceased! No quote supplied and no answers to my questions. The next day, I contacted Sarah, internet sales, and the same process was followed. All was good when asking what color the sky is, but when asking serious questions about a vehicle purchase (including the request for a quote) the communications ceased. Just like Jasmine no quote supplied and questions not answered by Sarah. Since I have about a two hour drive to this dealership, I didn’t want to waste my time or money to drive there without my questions answered. I decided to look into possible complaints filed against this dealership and discovered that there is a pattern of the same problem repeated. You would hope that a business would try to resolve this type of complaint and clear their company’s name. They apparently are not interested. Don’t do business with these people. You will not just get poor customer service, you will get no customer service. This is a pure bait and switch scenario as others had previously complained about. Pure FRAUD!!! More
