SALES VISIT - USED

WHEN TO BUY A ELECTRIC CAR AND PRICE WAS 7000$. THE SALLER ADD 2500 TO THE PRICE BECAUSE THEY DIT A CHEKUP ON THE CAR AND HE SAY THE CAR WAS OK. TAKE THE CAR HOME AND THE BATTERY WAS LOW. CHARGED THE C SALLER ADD 2500 TO THE PRICE BECAUSE THEY DIT A CHEKUP ON THE CAR AND HE SAY THE CAR WAS OK. TAKE THE CAR HOME AND THE BATTERY WAS LOW. CHARGED THE CAR AND USED THE CAR NEXT DAY. THE CAR ONLY GIVE 17 MILES FULL CHARGE.WHEN BACK TO THE DEALER TO RETURN THE CAR AND HE SAY I DONT KNOW HOW TO CHARGE THE CAR AND HE GIVE ME THE CAR WITH 60 MILLES CHARGE. IF YOU NEED A ELECTRIC CAR GO TO TESLA OR HYBRID TO TOYOTA. More

SERVICE VISIT

I had a coupon for an oil change and free tire rotation. Was told tire rotation was NOT included. Had to pay for it. After being charged for the tire rotation, I found the coupon online and the tire rotatio Was told tire rotation was NOT included. Had to pay for it. After being charged for the tire rotation, I found the coupon online and the tire rotation WAS supposed to be included. I’m told that the dealership will honor the difference when I return but it’s still an inconvenience. Plus, my car was not washed and vacuumed. Every other dealership has done this automatically after service. However, the representative told me that I should tell them that I want this free service when I drop the car. As a new customer, I believe I should have been asked since the wash and vacuum are not automatic. More
