Good service As far as the service goes, Sherry, my advisor, was quick to get me checked in and kept me informed to my progress. The service was completed close to the timeframe given. So far, the service has proved efficient. My review of "fair" is due to the uncomfortable feeling I had in the waiting area. I was the 2d person to to get to the area and I was there 2 hours. I never saw a cleaning person, although within the 2 hours or so I was there, I saw anywhere from 2-6 people come in and out. For me, I did not get up and I tried not to touch anything, which made for a very long 2 hour wait. I think if you are going to do business during this COVID 19 time, you need to either limit the number of customers, or expand the waiting room AND clean at least every 15 minutes. One last thing, I am not happy that I can no longer use My one-to-one rewards at this Nissan. And yet, I continue to get emails telling me how many points I have and can use for service. This would have been very helpful to use on my last visit since this is a month I have to also pay income taxes and I was not prepared to spend another $400 on my car. Service and Sherry's work, however, were excellent as usual. More
