Overall, I’m not satisfied nor dissatisfied. I think I’m just a annoyed. Went in for some things wrong with my car and asked for a rental as soon as I got there. I was told I needed to wait until they figur just a annoyed. Went in for some things wrong with my car and asked for a rental as soon as I got there. I was told I needed to wait until they figured out the diagnosis on my car (which I already knew what was wrong with it and a simple phone call could have informed me if I had left with a rental). So I waited around for over an hour. I was told it would only be a 45 minute wait time to figure out what needed fixing on my car. Well, it was 1 hour and 20 minutes that it took to figure out what was wrong with my car and I had to waste my time sitting around for over an hour while they figured it out. I wish I could have gotten a rental as soon as I got there and had a more productive day, I don’t have time to waste and that’s all I did while I was there. So once they figured out what was wrong with the car I then got a rental. It was the most DISGUSTING rental I have ever received. Clearly Sutherlin Nissan didn’t want to pay for a nicer one because Enterprise couldn’t have given me a cheaper rental. I received a Nissan Versa (I drive a pathfinder because I have kids and need the space) and I was extremely disappointed with my rental, like I know it was only for one day but a versa is 1/3 the size of a pathfinder and when you have multiple children you NEED the space of the car you drive. The Versa that I was given through Enterprise had COFFEE CUPS AND LIDS in it from the previous renter. HOW DISGUSTING IS THAT!?! especially during a time like COVID-19. And not to mention my rental Versa REIKED OF CIGARETTES AND WEED. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO TRANSPORT MY KIDS IN A CAR THAF SMELLS LIKE THAT??? It was so bad we had to have the windows rolled down the ENTIRE TIME. Extremely disappointed with Nissan’s choice of rental for me and disappointed that I had to waste my time waiting for them to figure out the issues on my car when I could have left and just been called and informed about what the cost was and what needed fixing. Satisfied with the work done on the car but that’s it. More
