Last time I will give put my money to this location. I will happily make sure I go the Cumming, Duluth or my favorite, Roswell’s Nissan dealership. This experience was stressful and displayed how much business is dishonest, inconsiderate, thrive off of cheating and input heavy miscommunication towards customers. They jack up the prices on women and especially young women who appears to be uneducated on cars. More

Not a good experience. Took forever for someone to even acknowledge us both when we dropped off the car and picked it up. Stood in the service area by the desks for 5-10 minutes before anyone said anything acknowledge us both when we dropped off the car and picked it up. Stood in the service area by the desks for 5-10 minutes before anyone said anything. I booked my appointment online and asked for a quick wash - wasn’t done. Also my sticker for my next oil changed was set for 95276 miles. I drove out of the dealership with 95969 miles. So that wasn’t correct. Serviced advisor was nice on the phone and helpful but everything else in service drive was really disappointing. More
