I did my own research and found the service bulletin stating my vehicle’s problem was not at all as you diagnosed it. I fixed it at a different shop. Thank you, Sutherlin Nissan for recognizing your evaluation was not correct, thank you service manager for being very professional and keeping your promise to refund me in full the $160 for the incorrect diagnostic. Also, thanks Emily for a follow up phone call. The best to you all!
