Horrible service. Ruben failed to check on car and call back with an update even though vehicle was left with him all day. The Service manager Michael was of no help either as my vehicle was in the shop an back with an update even though vehicle was left with him all day. The Service manager Michael was of no help either as my vehicle was in the shop an additional day just to find out they the were not going to honor the warranty on the bearings. Also unethical practice of price gouging trying to take advantage of people. Wheel bearing cost $400 across all shops nationwide. Michae tried to charge me $900. More
