Poor Communication We brought our Nissan Leaf in for 2 recall repairs. Our car was damaged by the staff during the repair. A manager never returned our calls, never reached out to us first, and has not called. We had to call over and over again and go in to find out what was going on with our car. We had to have a rental car from Enterprise during the repair of the bumper. We were charged for the rental car insurance. Why should we have to pay to have a rental car when your staff damaged our car????? Poor communication, poor service, and lack of a personal follow up leaves us feeling that we would not want to purchase another vehicle from your dealership. The bumper was repaired. We have the car back, but we are very unhappy with the service received. More

Paint problem I had paint pealing off a cover on my car. They popped the cover off to repaint it. I received a call a couple days later from Sherry to say they would replace it with a new cover. Went back to the dealership. Sherry called a service person and he put it on. It was quick and easy. i even scheduled a oil change while I was there. More
