Friendly staff but Service??? Every time I’ve taken my car here something else has been wrong on my car. Last time I went was for a oil change, tire rotation, transmission flush, Every time I’ve taken my car here something else has been wrong on my car. Last time I went was for a oil change, tire rotation, transmission flush, and possible air filter I told him to call about the air filter as I may have one that I purchased. They changed it and charged me told me upon pick up, he did call and saying they found some sludge and recommended flushing my engine. I said ok they charged me like $200 for that. I got my car drove home then to work my check engine light came on and I noticed this bluish white smoke coming out the exhaust heavy and I took it back they checked it and basically said not my motor was bad and I should trade the car in as my motor will fail me in the future I’m under 75k miles. They reset the light and recommended I trade it in while the light is off. Still trying to have this resolved with the director. More

Great service and nice people I had trouble with my dash board alerting me that I had low air on all my tires on cold mornings. But when I took my car in for an oil change and to c I had trouble with my dash board alerting me that I had low air on all my tires on cold mornings. But when I took my car in for an oil change and to check my tires, I have not had any more issues with my tires even on cold mornings. :) More

Oil change Horrible. Almost 3 hour wait for oil change (ONLY). I also had an appointment made for 11:30. Wasn’t out until 2:30! Their main concern is telling you Horrible. Their main concern is telling you about all the maintenance you have to have (when your car really doesn’t need it). From now on, I will be going to my local mechanic for all my needs. They are very trustworthy and care about your time! More

average rating for the customer service center repo I use to have Brooks as my service rep and he is no longer there. He was excellent and friendly with the servie suggestions and mannerism. I had a different rep assigned to me that was just average to fair in their friendliness. Please assign me a different customer service rep to be designated next time for our Pathfinder and Sentra. The young lady was just average and not friendly, didn't smile the whole time when Iwas at the desk to wait on my paper work. More
