Service and Tire Rotation Normally, we have great service. However, yesterday was a disaster! The person went to lunch and did not tell us that the vehicle was ready. Then, when we finally checked out, the person was still not around, and he had failed to write the code on the invoice that shows we bought the service plan when we purchased the car. It took an extra twenty minutes to check out because they had to make sure we were telling the truth! I do not want to ever have the person listed below help us. He was irresponsible, and we were late for other appointments because of his incompetence. More

Sherry Hosch is rude I usually receive great service but Sherry was awful. She was too busy eavesdropping on another service consultant to listen to what I wanted. My car needed more service but she "assumed" I didn't want it since I didn't want some other services discussed when I first dropped the car. She didn't ask me if I wanted the extra service and was going to send me out without getting it done. Then expected me to come back another time to get it done. More
