The service is usually in a timely manner and the car has worked well for over the last 3 years. That is why I decided to move up to the Murano which I purchased in the last month. More

Poor response, costly and not professional. First, I made 3 calls over 2 days to set up this service appointment, leaving massages. I had to call back a 4th time to actually get the appointment. Second, I just had the car serviced by Sutherlin 2 weeks ago for $1300 and had to spend another $1100 for this repair (I waited over 3 hours for each service) This is not consumer friendly since there was no consideration for offering alternatives during Christmastime when funds are limited. Finally, when I had paid the bill and ready to leave, I had to return and ask for my keys - they were not in the car nor handed to me at the payment counter. How do you forget to give the consumer their car keys?? Overall, this was a bad experience and has me considering a different service shop. More

At least you had coffee and snacks - had little bite muffins for breakfast and cheetos for lunch. I have a different definition of car wash than the service department. I was told my truck was in the wash bay - however, the bird dropping on the side door was still there. Also, windshield was still dirty. For the question - Would you recommend this service center? - you need to add a "maybe" choice More
