I asked them to also look at my radio again. It is worse than ever and will not barely get Mx service. Whatever they did now made it worse and even in wide open sky I not get satellite service. A very long day I had an appointment at 10:30 with Michael Keen. I used your recommendation for replacing my windshield with Todd at Glass Pro. I met him there at 9:1 I had an appointment at 10:30 with Michael Keen. I used your recommendation for replacing my windshield with Todd at Glass Pro. I met him there at 9:15. He said it would be an hour. It was 2 hours. I got my car back at 11:15. I met Michael and started the process. He was great! He was overwhelmed with work and did everything right. My car sat outside until 12:49. Once the work was done it was 4:00PM. The work was front / back breaks, tire rotation and replace the drive belt. The only issue I have is it took so long to get everything done. I noticed the shop guys had to talk to the advisors a lot and work could have been done much faster in my opinion. Michael Keen was the only bright spot in the day. He made my visit the way it should go with his communication and his kindness. More

It would hav even nice if all of the needed items for an oil change had been ordered and ready ahead of time but Juan made sure we knew and as soon as the parts arrived we were handled quickly. More

Sorry to say that they were not able to duplicate the problem and the computer was giving them no help, however they tried their best to find the problem and ease our pain. After several tries and much down time, we traded in the 2006 Pathfinder for a 2018 model. It gave us 13 years of great service, guess it was tired and wanted to retire. More
