I had my vehicle serviced as some maintenance was needed. My vehicle battery was replaced and my oil and oil filter were replaced. The quality of service was excellent. Customer service and communication needs help The service department failed to communicate with me on what exactly was going on and the status of my vehicle. I had to call and got the run around a The service department failed to communicate with me on what exactly was going on and the status of my vehicle. I had to call and got the run around about who was assigned to my vehicle and also what was going on. The service department also did not notify me when the vehicle was ready for pick up, I called and a service personnel advised it was ready. The service manager also failed to return a phone call as I requested he contact me and it never happened. I would recommend that someone with better management skills assume the role of service manager to possibly get the appropriate personnel on board to communicate with customers. More

Oil change and tire rotation Not my first visit but this time it took close to 2 hrs to do the service!!! I was told only one hour and in previous visits it took less that one hr to do it. The person who was assigned to me was not very useful and seem confused about my service. When it was done I didn’t even know where wast car parked. Usually they leave it in front but if that wasn’t gonna be the case just be polite enough to tell me where did you leave it. They also forgot the sticker where it tells you what milage is the next visit. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant visit and I don’t think I wanna come back for future services. More
