Excellent, but slow on time response. Great communication, excellent service writer, but slow in getting a simple light for tire fixed. Not impressed with the service I am not impressed with the service team I dealt with at my last visit. The reason I came in was to check tire pressure because the pressure indicato I am not impressed with the service team I dealt with at my last visit. The reason I came in was to check tire pressure because the pressure indicator light was on, but I also did an oil change and tire rotation. When I got to the payment desk, I was being charged for the tire rotation, even though I bought my tires at this Nissan...Shouldn't that be in the system??? After this issue was resolved and I got in my car to leave, the tire pressure indicator light was still on!!! I was also told that the driver front tire had CV boot that looked "beat up"...Do I believe this? Not sure. I sure do miss Brooks Rezmer. He always took good care of my care and I never questioned him. And I was sad that Jim M. was off the day I had service...especially since the young guy who drove me to the mall wasn't even kind enough to help me in & out of the van, and made us open & close the door!!!! Jim would have NEVER let this happen. Probably going to be my last visit to this Nissan for service. More

I told them that Sutherlin send me a coupon along with the appointment and showed it, they did drop the price to $48.99, I paid it but told them at the desk to honor what they say. In regards to service they are second to none. More

Took too long, no wash I was told over the phone it was going to take 30 minutes to an hour... then at the desk was told an hour and 15 minutes- and in reality it took two I was told over the phone it was going to take 30 minutes to an hour... then at the desk was told an hour and 15 minutes- and in reality it took two hours. The guy who helped me was on lunch break when I went to go pick up my car and no one else knew where my car was... someone went and found it. Felt very chaotic... one service guy was just sitting there and another service guy who was on the phone SNAPPED at him with his fingers to serve me. I was also told in the ad I would get a free wash with an oil change - and it wasn’t washed but I just left bc I was sick of being there. Would not go back. More
Recall and inspection I dropped my car off for a recall and also had a safety concern regarding my seatbelt. I picked my car up after work and the service rep just pulled out his clipboard and said sign here. I asked about my safety concern and he said, I don’t know Ruben did that. I briefly looked over the paperwork I received and it says there is a faulty sensor with an ETA of 11/7. I asked him about it and again the only response was Ruben did this. I haven’t received a call that the part has arrived and that I should bring in my vehicle. More
