Great service. Very friendly service representative. I had a very good experience. I got a time window for completion of service (even though I was a walk-in). I ran some errands and was back in 1-hour a I had a very good experience. I got a time window for completion of service (even though I was a walk-in). I ran some errands and was back in 1-hour and my car was ready. No expenses out of pocket (since we have a pre-paid service plan). They did not force me on any service recommendations. I can choose to do them at the next service. I am very pleased with this experience. More
