Worst Expericene I have ever had with a auto dealership!!! Paid for a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle. I explained to Gary Smith the service adviser that I was 275 miles away and needed a total inspecti Paid for a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle. I explained to Gary Smith the service adviser that I was 275 miles away and needed a total inspection. This included a mechanical and cosmetic inspection. Gary called me and said the car looked good. Reported one mechanical issue and very minor hail damage on the roof. Gary promised to send the complete report. The report did not arrive as promised. I made the trip to Atlanta based on Gary's verbal information Upon visual inspection, I found the vehicle to be nothing like it was described to me. The report arrived from Gary the next day and was completely void of any details about the condition of the vehicle. The only information in the report was the VIN number of the car Called Gary Whiteman, the service manager who agreed I did not get what I paid for. Offered me return of my inspection fee. He said they would not offer any restitution for expenses I incurred traveling to Atlanta. I called the dealership and asked for Gary Sutherlin., the owner. I was told he would not accept my call, nor would he return a call. It is disappointing that you can’t depend on a Nissan to provide good customer service or at least stand behind their work, I would not recommend anyone using this dealership More

Svc advisor tried to sell me almost $1000 of maintenance service that We did not need. They Recommended tune up and had we already gotten tune up several months ago as well as brake job. Told Sherri we were only there for ins claim work. Got home and husband found rubber cover for alternator bolt which had been chewed in two by rodents (was why we were there in the first place) and was pointed out to 2 svc writers... was just electrical taped by a mechanic instead of being replaced. Very unprofessional!! Will was extremely helpful in getting someone to call us back after first service advisor left. More
