Very Frustrating I dropped my car off on Thursday morning, 7/25/19 and was given the expectation that it would be ready in the afternoon. I was called in the afternoo I dropped my car off on Thursday morning, 7/25/19 and was given the expectation that it would be ready in the afternoon. I was called in the afternoon with the explanation that the part for to fix the window motor on the door was received in bad condition and they would need to order another one. I was told they would get it and the car would be ready by noon on Friday. After noon on Friday, I was called and told that the car would be ready by 6:00 p.m. When I explained that I was planning to leave to go out of town and had been waiting to pick up the car, I was told that they would check to see if it could be finished any earlier. I didn't hear back for a good while and ended up postponing my trip until Saturday morning. Late Friday afternoon, I got a call with a question about a part that was missing on the interior of the door and did I know where it might be. I did not and was told that that would be an additional ~$50. This made me question whether or not anyone bothered to look at the problem before they started to work on the door - it doesn't seem to me that this happened otherwise the missing part would have been noticed earlier. I was told they would keep looking and let me know if they couldn't find the part. The next message I got was on Saturday afternoon telling me that the repairs were finished and the car was ready for pick up. More

Disappointing Experience I have been going to this dealership for years and the staff has been wonderful. However, lately, the staff just answers general questions and don't g I have been going to this dealership for years and the staff has been wonderful. However, lately, the staff just answers general questions and don't give all the information. My examples are below. 1. I called on Thursday to set up a Saturday appointment and see about my extended warranty. - They confirmed I had extended warranty but would not know if my AC issue would be covered. I then go to my Saturday appointment and Grace tells me they will have to charge me a diagnostic fee. I ask if the fee would be covered by my extended warranty. She says she wouldn't know and that if I wanted to see if my warranty covered it, then I had to come during a weekday since they can't reach the extended warranty customer service on Saturday. This led me to schedule a Thursday appointment. 2. I called before my Thursday appoitment to see if they have shuttle service around the local area. They said yes and knew I had my appointment at 3 pm. I arrive for my appointment and Grace mentioned that the shuttle service is almost done for the day and they would not be able to get me back to the dealership. I confirm I can get a ride back. A colleague then informs her that the driver has left for the day already. This caused me to be at the dealership for 2 hours in the lobby area. If I had known of this, I would have made personal arrangements to not be waiting for so long. 3. This is something I witnessed being done to someone else before I checked-in on Thursday. A walk-in was trying to see if he could get a service done. Grace mentions that he would have to leave the car and that if so she would not be able to reach him since she would be out of town for the rest of the week. The guest then has to ask if maybe there would someone else that could assist him. Grace then tells a colleague if he can help the walk-in. If the client wouldn't have asked, he probably would have had to wait another week. I understand that those who answer the phone and those that check you in for the appointment are different people. However, it was more than one occasion where I went out of my way to gather information and still had to encounter inconveniences. More
